Recover Fund collaborated with a team of academic researchers and Dominion Energy to identify and assess the potential social and economic benefits for the Black community in Hampton Roads, VA, related to the company’s expansion of its wind energy infrastructure. The team developed recommendations for specific opportunities where the company can align its equity and corporate citizenship efforts to the needs within the areas most affected by historical environmental risks.
